Mr. Kahana's corporate, middle market business, banking and finance background, coupled with his hands‑on approach to business management and corporate restructuring provides the Pearl Group with an in‑depth perspective on operational and structuring possibilities and a unique approach to transaction management.
Mr. Kahana has successfully initiated, structured and implemented numerous transactions, mergers, acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings and secondary offerings with small, medium and larger companies in many environments. His positions as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at a big eight accounting firm and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance with a large investment banking firm have provided him 15 years of experience in the above areas. Mr. Kahana's background in financial consulting and all phases of corporate financing is evidenced in his banking background, and in his president and CEO positions with manufacturing organizations. His proficiency in crisis and change management and financial control is evidenced as well in his six year position as president of a mid‑sized consulting firm.
Mr. Kahana serves on a number of boards and has also taught courses at Northeastern
University on Finance and Management.
